商品の不良や破損などによる交換をご希望される場合、商品ご注文日から起算して1年以内の製品保証期間内に限り承ります。商品返送に伴う配送料に関しては、お客様側でのご負担となります。

ただし、ご購入後の落下、衝撃、改造、浸水等、お客様が意図せずとも製品の故障につながるような行為を起因とした製品の不具合 (お客様の過失による破損）につきましては、本保証の対象外とさせていただきます。

また、交換商品の発送については、当社側での指示により初期不良と診断ができた後に、発送手配を行いますので、検証へのご協力をお願いいたします。


※初期不良に関しましては、商品ご注文日から起算して30日以内が保証期間となっております。

（予約注文を除く。予約注文に限り、発送日から起算させて頂きます。）


なお、本ページにてご案内の保証対応に基づき弊社が交換品を手配する場合、日本国内の配送に限ります。例えば、ご購入後にお客様が海外に転居された場合であっても保証をお受けいただくことはできますが、交換品の送付先は日本国内の住所に限ります。また、本ページにてご案内の保証のうち弊社が送料を負担する返品返送につきましても、海外から弊社までの返送にかかる送料その他の費用は、お客様にご負担いただきます。

ネットオークションやフリマサービスなどによる譲渡、転売でFurboを入手した場合、全ての保証、及びサポートの対象外となりますので、予めご了承ください。

Furboには、保証書を同梱しておりませんが、ご注文時のメールや注文番号にてお客様の保証期間を管理しております。そのため注文番号や決済メールを紛失されますと、保証期間内でも保証対象外となりますので、大切に保管してください。


当店より購入した商品を、当店の把握していない第三者に転売または譲渡された場合、全ての保証及びアフター対応は行いませんので、予めご了承ください。

１年間の製品保証期間内であれば、ワンちゃんのいたずらによるFurbo本体、及び付属品の破損によりご利用いただけなくなった場合、一回のみ無料交換の対象としております。尚、無料の交換については、当社側でワンちゃんによるいたずらの破損と認めた場合に限らせていただきます。
