The Furbo captures all of my living room with it's 360 rotating capabilites, which is really important to me as I keep track of my dog that suffers with separation anxiety. With the nanny membership, it lets me know if there are any fire alarms/random alarms, if my dog pees/barks/sleeps/cries/etc, and other helpful specific things. The treat feature is a bonus!

This camera has a calming feature that will play sound when your pet is barking for extended periods. Nonce the barking stops, your pet is rewarded with a treat. Without us even being involved! This has worked for us so much when we’re at work and people are walking by causing our dog to bark!

If your questioning on getting a furbo..DONT! They are a great camera system to help notify you if your pet is doing something naughty or just simply being cute on the couch! Not to mention the customer service is great too! I’ve had my camera for over three years now and never had an issue until recently and without a question or hesitation they gave me a new camera and have been super helpful trying all other options before sending me a replacement!

I setup (easy) my Furbo 360 in my hotel room a week ago to keep track of my 2 dogs while I'm spending days at the hospital with my adult daughter. The Furbo exceeds my expectations. My 3 year old Furbo unit kept losing internet connection. I contacted customer service and a new unit was sent to me for free. That benefit is included in the subscription that I have. This is so much fun to watch from work. It gives me so much comfort to be able to talk to my puppy and give her treats. The training part is so great if you don’t get the nanny sub subscription you’re crazy.!!! I ordered the cat one accidentally and realized it immediately and within a day of receiving the cat one they had my dog replacement with the shipping label for the cat one I couldn’t believe how quickly and easily they made it. I absolutely adore my Furbo 360 and my Mini! It’s the best camera ever! After getting my furry baby, I can also move it around to search for her if she’s out of the camera’s view. And another fantastic feature is being able to give her treats! She’s become so used to the camera that she looks for me whenever I’m not around, and Furbo takes the cutest selfies. And if that wasn’t enough, it plays soothing music when she barks too much to calm her down. I love it so much! I even got one for my friends. You have to try it to believe me! I can’t even describe how much I love it!

Treats are so fun for our pup and also provide a great distraction when he is about to get rascally. The 360 view and camera quality is really good. The reason I gave 4 stars is I wish it wasn’t corded - limits where I can place it. Also the Furbo app is just okay. Way too much real-estate on the Nanny part. I personally do not use that feature. And how do you get music to play to calm your pet?

Warranty replacement
I love my Furbo, so when the first one died I was pretty disappointed. Furbo tech support took me through all the steps of troubleshooting (I had already done those except one) they determined it to be faulty and under warranty. While replacement could have been a little faster, they have great customer service and a product I don’t want to do without.
