I was having extreme difficulty with my Furbo 360 and when CS couldn’t remedy the issue they offered to send me a new Furbo free of charge even though I had had the current one for 2.5 years. I was totally shocked! I have two cats and depend heavily on my Furbo cameras when I travel. Thanks so much Furbo!!

I researched several pet camera's that dispense treats before buying. Definitely recommend Furbo. It alerts me, follows my pet, dispenses treats, I can talk to them, night vision, nanny cam recap with subscription. I had a problem with one of them connecting and contacting support was fast and painless. They shipped me a replacement unit. If you want to check on your fur babies while you are away (or even at work) this is the one for you!

I’ve had the dog camera for a couple years and got the cat one recently after getting 3 cats. I had to take the feather toy off since mine are still kittens and they’d shred it. They love the treat toss feature as much as my dog does and one of them always come up to the camera when it moves since she’s hoping for a treat.

I have 8 cats and they love when they hear the notification bird sounds! With 8 cats, I wish it held more than 100 treats since I will be gone all weekend. I like the interaction with them when I'm not here. The tracking mode still creeps me out when I'm at home. 😆

I love this camera. It picks up my cats moving around my family room. I can be at work and I get to toss treats to my cats. I have alot of fun with this. it alerts me when it sees people too. Very happy. My first camera I had for years broke and even tho out of warrantee, they gave me a good price to buy a new one. Very good company. They back their product. Happy!

I recently upgraded to Furbo from Wyze Cams while I was away to keep an eye on my cats. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to connect to Wi-Fi during setup because Furbo requires a 2.4GHz connection (my default is 5GHz; I have the same issue with Wyze cameras) but after a couple tries it connected fine. The camera quality is so much clearer. I tried out the free 30-day trial of Furbo nanny. I love the summary I get at the end of each day that gives me a highlight reel of when my pets came into view. The camera quality and panning is nice. It's also nice to be able to distribute treats remotely - there's some inconsistency with how many treats are distributed at a time (sometimes 3, sometimes 6) but I assume that's to be expected depending on the treat size. I'm planning on signing up for Furbo Nanny at the end of my free trial and buying a second Furbo to have more coverage while I'm away.

This is a great device for interacting with my cat, and for looking in on him -- when I'm at the other end of the house or when I'm out of town. The "throw treats" function definitely gets his attention. I placed it on the mantel where he could not reach it!

I like this camera. Clear images and moves well. Tosses treats like I want them to and my cat reacts well to the automated bird sound. Did not get the version that comes with the Furbo Nanny, though it came with a 1 month free trial which started on it's own without me activating it, which is very annoying. Was planning to be strategic as to when I would activate it and it took away that option for me. I also purchased this for my cat, seeing as how it's a Furbo cat* camera and everything is still very much featured around dogs. I get notifications "was this a bark?" "barking?" and then all the features in the app, even though it says its the FURBO 360 CAT CAMERA has all dog dominated language which I hate. I additionally ended up purchasing a Furbo Mini cam to go with this camera so we could get a larger view of our home. Would not recommend the Mini cam to go with it. The video quality is terrible, it doesn't rotate, the app says you can speak through the speaker and that's simply not true.

I wish I could toggle between locations as I have a furbo at two different homes! Other then that, I love being able to check on my loves and see how they are doing. Another great addition would be an easy button to switch on or off for when we are home so we do not get a hundred notifications. I love everything about this product!
