One of the most requested features from you, our Furbo Community, is now available across all plan tiers. With the Standard plan saving up to 3 days of Video History, and the Premium plan saving up to 7 days.

Support up to 10 cameras in the Furbo app — perfect for multi-pet families and larger homes.
4. 🧡 Smarter Personalization
Identify up to four pets, with alerts and insights tailored to each unique family member.* Launching in January 2026
Since launching Furbo Nanny in 2019, we’ve continually advanced our AI technology to make pet care smarter and safer. As our features expand and evolve, these plan updates will help us to continue delivering meaningful innovation and further advance the future of pet care. Starting November 3rd, updated plans and pricing will apply for new Furbo users.
We want this transition to be as easy as possible.
• There will be no price change for existing Furbo subscribers (subscribed before November 2nd 2025) until June 30th 2026.
• Your plan will be automatically upgraded to the new Standard plan, giving you access to extended Video History at no extra cost.
👉 No action needed — you can decide on your preferred plan any time before June 30th. If you’re happy with your current Furbo Nanny experience, you’ll stay on the new Standard plan automatically.

For Furbo’s existing subscribers (subscribed before November 2nd 2025)
• What do I have to do right now?
Nothing! You’ll continue to enjoy your current plan and pricing through June 30th, 2026. During this period, you’ll also have the chance to explore extended Video History at no extra cost.
• When will I see the new features?
Features like extended Video History, multi-camera support will be available right away. However, multi-pet ID and other new features will begin rolling out in the new year. We’ll notify you as soon as they’re available in your app.
• Where can I manage my subscription?
You can review, update, or manage your subscription at furbo.com/account.
• I love the new plans. How can I upgrade to Premium right away?
That’s great! Once the new plans launch on November 3rd, 2025, you’ll be able to upgrade directly through your account settings.
For NEW Furbo’s users or subscribers (subscribed after November 3rd 2025)
• What do I have to do?
No action needed. When you set up your Furbo after November 3rd, you’ll automatically be guided to choose from the new Furbo Nanny plans. You’ll experience the new and updated Furbo Nanny plans right away.
