Furbo’s Great Lasagna Heist Giveaway Sweepstakes - Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility:

1.1. Furbo’s Great Lasagna Heist Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents over the age of 18 of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. All applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws apply.

1.2. Employees, officers, directors of Furbo Pet Camera (Tomofun) and their respective affiliates, related parties, immediate families, and individuals who have won a prize from either party in the last six (6) months are not eligible to participate. In addition, employees, officers, directors of Sony Pictures Entertainment and their affiliates are not eligible to enter.

2. Sweepstakes Period:

2.1. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM PDT on May 24th, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PDT on June 17th, 2024. Entries received after this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

3.1. One way to enter the Sweepstakes through the @FurboPetCamera Instagram account 

3.2 To enter, participants must follow the Instagram account @furbopetcamera. They may “Like” the posts on @FurboPetCamera (1 like = 1 entry). They may tag a friend on the posts (1 comment = 1 entry)

3.3. Entries must fully comply with the requirements outlined in these Giveaway Terms and Conditions. Incomplete, illegible, or non-compliant entries will be disqualified.

3.4. Entry comments should not contain any third-party names, copyrighted material, or inappropriate, offensive, or obscene content. Such entries will be deemed ineligible.

4. Selection of Winners:

4.1. Three winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries within 10 days after the end of the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4.2. The winners will be notified by email within 24 hours after the end of the drawing depending on entry method. Instructions for claiming the prize will be provided.

4.3. In case the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner according to the procedures for selecting the original winner.

4.4. Once the winner's eligibility is verified, and all requirements have been met, the prize will be awarded.

5. Prize:

5.1. The prize package for this Sweepstakes includes the following prizes, and each will be awarded to three separate winners: 

Prize Pack - 

(1) Furbo 360° Cat Cameras 

(1) 1-year subscriptions to Furbo Cat Nanny

(1) Furbo Mini 

5.2. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prize substitutions are allowed.

6. Release:

6.1. By participating in this Sweepstakes, all entrants hereby release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Columbia Tristar Marketing Group, their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, or actions related to the Sweepstakes. 

6.2. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

6.3.  Sony Pictures Entertainment and their affiliates are not sponsors, administrators, or prize providers. Sweepstakes is exclusively owned and administered by the Sponsor.

6.4 Entrants and winner(s) forever and irrevocably agree to indemnify and release Columbia TriStar Marketing Group, Inc. and its affiliates from any and all liability in connection with the Giveaway and any prizing in connection therewith. 

7. Conditions and Restrictions:

7.1.  No substitution or transfer of prizes, except at the discretion of the Sponsor if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7.2. The winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, waiver of liability, and publicity release, to be returned within 15 days of prize notification. Failure to do so may result in prize forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner.

7.3. The winner is responsible for any federal, state, provincial, or local taxes applicable to the prize. By participating, the winner consents to the use of their name, address, and likeness for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes.

8. Winner Information:

For the name of the winner after the Sweepstakes has closed, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope by June 17, 2025 to Tomofun Co. Ltd., 4F, No. 178, Sec. 3, Minquan E. Rd. Taipei City, 10542 Taiwan

By entering these Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
