1. Eligibility:

1.1. The Furbo Pet Camera Sweepstakes Celebrating the Release of Disney’s Lilo & Stitch ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States, who have reached the age of majority in their respective states. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.

1.2. Employees, officers, directors of Furbo Pet Camera (Tomofun) and their respective affiliates, related parties, immediate families, and individuals who have won a prize from either party in the last six (6) months are not eligible to participate. In addition, employees, officers, directors of Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (“Disney”), and their parent, related, subsidiaries and affiliates, and the immediate family of such, are not eligible to enter.

2. Sweepstakes Period:

2.1. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM PT on May 20, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PT on May 30, 2025. Entries (defined below) received after this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

3.1. To enter the Sweepstakes through social media, you must follow the Instagram account @FurboPetCamera and comment directly on any designated Instagram posts posted to @FurboPetCamera (“Base Entry”).

3.2 Entrants may “Like” the designated posts on @FurboPetCamera for a bonus entry (1 like = 1 entry).

3.3 Entrants may make “Additional Comments” on any designated posts on @FurboPetCamera for bonus entries (1 comment = 1 entry, max 10 bonus entries through Additional Comments). 

3.4 Entrants may “Share” the designated posts on @FurboPetCamera for bonus entries (1 share = 1 entry, max 5 bonus entry through sharing). 

3.5. Entries for each Like, Additional Comments, and/or Share will be counted as bonus entries. Bonus entries collectively with the Base Entry shall be referred to herein as “Entry” or “Entries”.  Maximum of 10 bonus entries through Additional Comments, maximum 1 bonus entry through Like, and maximum of 5 bonus entries through Share. Each Entry during the Sweepstakes period will be automatically compiled and tallied using ManyChat AI (Manychat, Inc.). 

3.6. Each Entry must fully comply with the requirements outlined in these Official Rules. Incomplete, illegible, or non-compliant Entries will be disqualified.

3.7. Entry comments should not contain any third-party names, copyrighted material, or inappropriate, offensive, or obscene content. Such Entries will be deemed ineligible.

3.8. Base Entry requires a follow and comment. Maximum of 16 bonus entries may be done through Additional Comments, Share or Like. Entries over 16 will not be counted. 

4. Selection of Winners:

4.1. On or about June 2, 2025, three winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible Entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

4.2. On or about June 2, 2025, the winners will be notified by email within 24 hours after the end of the Sweepstakes Period by a Furbo (Tomofun) employee email account or @FurboPetCamera Instagram account, depending on the entry method. Instructions for claiming the prize will be provided.

4.3. In case the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner according to the procedures for selecting the original winner.

4.4. Once a winner's eligibility is verified, and all requirements have been met, the prize will be awarded.

5.2. Limit one prize per person. Total ARV of each prize pack: $558 USD. All expenses related to claiming or use of the prize shall be the sole responsibility of each winner. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prize substitutions are allowed.

6. Release:

6.1. By participating in this Sweepstakes, all entrants release Instagram, Disney and their affiliates from any claims, demands, or actions related to the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to, the use of any prize. 

6.2. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

6.3.  Disney and its affiliates are not sponsors, administrators, or prize providers. Sweepstakes is exclusively owned and administered by Furbo Pet Camera (Tomofun).

7. Conditions and Restrictions:

7.1. All prizes will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of prizes, except at the discretion of the Sponsor if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7.2. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, waiver of liability, and publicity release, to be returned within 15 days of prize notification. Failure to do so may result in prize forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner.

7.3. Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes applicable to the prize. By participating, the winners consent to the use of their name, address, and likeness for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes.

8. Winners' Information:

For the name of the winners after the Sweepstakes has closed, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope by June 2, 2026, to Tomofun Co. Ltd., 4F, No. 178, Sec. 3, Minquan E. Rd. Taipei City, 10542 Taiwan.

By entering this Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Official Rules.  All decisions made by Furbo Pet Camera (Tomofun) related to this Sweepstakes shall be final and binding.

This Privacy Policy explains Tomofun Co. LTD (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you participate in this Sweepstakes conducted on Instagram. By participating, you agree to the terms outlined below.

• Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address (for prize fulfillment).
• Social Media Information: Your social media username, profile information, and any other public information available on your social media account.
• Entries: Likes or comments, or other content you submit as part of your Sweepstakes Entry.

We collect and use your information for the following purposes:

To administer the Sweepstakes, including verifying eligibility and contacting winners. To fulfill prizes and manage related correspondence. To comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

10. Governing Law:

This Privacy Policy and the Sweepstakes are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree that any disputes arising out of or related to this Privacy Policy or the Sweepstakes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bellevue, Washington, provided that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the intellectual property of Disney, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and in the event of any dispute, all entrants irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California to resolve such disputes.
