1. Eligibility:

1.1. The Furbo Pet Camera Cosmic Connection Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States, who have reached the age of majority in their respective states, provinces, or territories. All applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws apply.

1.2. Employees, officers, directors of Furbo Pet Camera (Tomofun) and their respective affiliates, related parties, immediate families, and individuals who have won a prize from either party in the last six (6) months are not eligible to participate. In addition, employees, officers, directors of Marvel Entertainment, Marvel Studios, The Walt Disney Company, and their affiliates are not eligible to enter.

2. Sweepstakes Period:

2.1. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM PT on October 29th, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on November 10th, 2023. Entries received after this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

3.1. Two different ways to enter the Sweepstakes. One method is through Furbo.com and the second method is through Instagram posts on @FurboPetCamera or @Marvel account pages.

3.2 To enter on Furbo.com, participants must complete the following steps:

• Enter your first name, last name and valid email address in the official entry form on Furbo.com
• Check the button below the fields which acknowledge agreement to receiving email marketing communications and officially entering the sweepstakes. 
• Once submitted, thats it! We will contact you if you are our winner
  
  

3.3 To enter through social media, participants must follow the Instagram account @furbopetcamera. They may “Like” the posts on @FurboPetCamera or @Marvel for additional entries (1 like = 1 entry). They may tag a friend on the posts (1 comment = 1 entry)

3.4. Entries must fully comply with the requirements outlined in these Official Rules. Incomplete, illegible, or non-compliant entries will be disqualified.

3.5. Entry comments should not contain any third-party names, copyrighted material, or inappropriate, offensive, or obscene content. Such entries will be deemed ineligible.

4. Selection of Winners:

4.1. Three winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4.2. The winners will be notified by email within 24 hours after the end of the Sweepstakes Period by a Furbo (Tomofun) employee email account or FurboPetCamera instagram account, depending on entry method. Instructions for claiming the prize will be provided.

4.3. In case the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner according to the procedures for selecting the original winner.

4.4. Once the winner's eligibility is verified, and all requirements have been met, the prize will be awarded.

5. Prize:

5.1. The prize package for this Sweepstakes includes the following, and will be awarded to three separate winners: 

Prize Pack - 

• (2) Furbo 360° Cat Cameras (One for the entrant and one for tagged person [within US])
• (2) 1-year subscriptions to Furbo Cat Nanny
• (1) Tote bag inspired by Marvel Studios’ The Marvels
• (1) Notebook inspired by Marvel Studios’ The Marvels
• (1) Marvel Studios’ The Marvels poster

5.2. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prize substitutions are allowed.

6. Release:

6.1. By participating in this Sweepstakes, all entrants release Instagram, Marvel Entertainment, Marvel Studios, The Walt Disney Company and their affiliates from any claims, demands, or actions related to the Sweepstakes. 

6.2. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

6.3.  Marvel Entertainment, Marvel Studios, The Walt Disney Company, and their affiliates are not sponsors, administrators, or prize providers. Sweepstakes is exclusively owned and administered by Furbo Dog Camera (Tomofun).

7. Conditions and Restrictions:

7.1. All prizes will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of prizes, except at the discretion of the Sponsor if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

7.2. The winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, waiver of liability, and publicity release, to be returned within 15 days of prize notification. Failure to do so may result in prize forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner.

7.3. The winner is responsible for any federal, state, provincial, or local taxes applicable to the prize. By participating, the winner consents to the use of their name, address, and likeness for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes.

8. Winner Information:

For the name of the winner after the Sweepstakes has closed, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope by November 10, 2024 to Tomofun Co. Ltd., 4F, No. 178, Sec. 3, Minquan E. Rd. Taipei City, 10542 Taiwan

By entering this Sweepstakes, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
