We recommend place Furbo Mini indoors on any flat surface or up high on the wall. Mini comes with easy peel-off adhesive and an optional screw to make it extra secure

No. Furbo Mini uses a USB cable and a standard power adapter (a 5-volt adapter is recommended) to plug into the wall.

Why there is no adapter in the box? And how do I get one?

As a part of our mission to be environmentally aware, the Furbo Mini does not come with a power adapter to reduce electronic waste. We suggest using a 5-volt USB power adapter, commonly used for mobile phones. (There’s probably an extra at home. 😉 If not, contact us!)

Both plans are designed to provide comprehensive care for your pet, with the following inclusions:

Standard Plan: Includes 3-Day Video History, Pet Emergency Alerts (CO/Smoke), Home Security Alerts, and the Health Checker & Vet Report. It is ideal for multi-pet households looking for advanced safety insights.
Premium Plan: Includes all features in the Standard Plan but extends your Video History to 7 days. It also provides priority access to the latest feature updates and expanded health monitoring tools.

Will this camera still work if I cancel the subscription?

If you choose to cancel your Furbo Nanny subscription, you will still have access to the essential camera features, including the Live Video Feed, 2-Way Audio, and Barking/Meowing Alert. However, please note that AI-powered features such as Cloud Recording, Smart Alerts (Person/Pet/Activity detection), and the Daily Diary will no longer be available.

What WiFi requirements are needed?

Furbo cameras are designed to operate on a 2.4GHz WiFi frequency. This frequency provides a further range and better penetration through walls, which is essential for maintaining a stable camera connection. Please note that Furbo does not currently support 5GHz networks. If you have a dual-band router, please ensure the 2.4GHz band is enabled during setup.

We offer Free Shipping across Australia for all Furbo camera orders. Typically, deliveries to major metropolitan areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane) take approximately 3–5 business days. For regional or remote areas, please allow up to 7–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
